About Us

    MaddoxOncology.com traces its roots back to the Fall of 1990 when Suzan Maddox was diagnosed with breast cancer. Suzan underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatment and was able to get her cancer into remission. However, she was frustrated by the lack of attention given to the quality of life during treatment.

    Suzan felt that the cure was almost as bad as the cancer. What few products there were for easing the side-effects of treatment proved difficult to locate and purchase. Suzan vowed that if she made it through her cancer, she would devote her life to doing something that would prevent other cancer patients from facing the same difficulties she did.

     Together with other cancer survivors, Suzan worked to identify and develop a line of products to address the quality of life issues they each struggled with. Suzan envisioned one convenient, cohesive place where patients could purchase all of the products that are available to help relieve their side-effects without even having to leave home. Her vision has become the site you see before you today and the whole Maddox family played a part in its functioning. Our family has experienced cancer and wanted to help you and your loved ones.

     In the Fall of 2009, our corporate "family" grew as Maddox Oncology, Inc. was incorporated and moved our shipping warehouse to the Midwest to improve service to the West Coast. While we've added new leadership who share the same commitment and goals, our purpose remains to provide one-stop access to the products that help make a difference. We hope to use the additional capital behind us to increase the number of products and services offered over the next two years to serve you more effectively.
